1. Acceptance of Terms
By connecting your mining hardware to bitcoincash.ee Pool (testnet4.bitcoincash.ee:3333) or accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
bitcoincash.ee Pool is a Bitcoin Cash (BCH) mining pool that allows participants to combine their mining hashrate and compete for a share of each block's reward. The pool is operated by the individual behind SoloChance.org and is currently in beta.
3. Beta Status
The pool is in beta. This means the service may be unstable, interrupted, or terminated at any time without prior notice. No guarantees are made regarding uptime, availability, or continuity of service during the beta period.
4. Eligibility
You may use the service only if doing so complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether Bitcoin Cash mining is legal where you are located. By using the service, you represent that your use is lawful.
5. Payouts
Payouts are not sent as a separate transaction — they are placed directly as outputs in that same block's coinbase transaction the moment it's found, with no separate pool-side ledger or later payout transaction to trust. The payout structure is as follows:
- The miner who finds the block receives a 1 BCH finder bonus, paid in the coinbase and spendable after 100 confirmations (~16.5 hours).
- 2% of the remaining block reward (Block Reward + Transaction Fees − 1 BCH) is retained as the pool fee.
- The remaining 98% is split among the round's Top 13 Best Shares — the 13 highest-difficulty shares submitted since the last block: 1st gets 38.3%, 2nd 23.6%, 3rd 14.6%, and 4th–13th get 2.35% each.
Payouts are placed automatically as coinbase outputs to the BCH address used as your mining username — no manual withdrawal, no separate transaction, and no ongoing bookkeeping. The pool does not hold funds beyond what is necessary to process the current block payout.
6. Fees
The effective fee is approximately ~1.4% of the full block reward. The 1 BCH finder bonus is paid fee-free; the 2% fee applies only to the remaining distributable reward.
7. No Guarantee of Earnings
Mining rewards depend on network difficulty, pool hashrate, block variance, and other factors outside our control. bitcoincash.ee Pool makes no guarantee of any earnings, minimum payouts, or block discovery frequency.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit invalid, duplicate, or artificially inflated shares.
- Attempt to manipulate, disrupt, or attack the pool infrastructure.
- Use the pool for any unlawful purpose.
- Impersonate another miner's address to divert payouts.
We reserve the right to ban any address or IP address that violates these rules without notice or compensation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bitcoincash.ee Pool and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:
- Lost mining rewards due to service interruptions or technical failures.
- Incorrect payout amounts caused by software bugs.
- Loss of funds due to an incorrect BCH address provided by the user.
- Market fluctuations in the value of BCH.

11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the pool after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
